He is taking a risk, after all, being alone with Irhya regardless of the circumstance; he has been warned. "I'm sure I would be rude were I to make any remark, given my hasty arrival. It's the results that are important, wouldn't you say?"
It's not like Elidibus gave much time to straighten things up. He is nothing if not punctual. If there had been a delay, he would have sent a message. Besides, who wouldn't be nervous. A few steps like 'cleaning up' get lost.
The Ascian takes the time to look around him as they move to the spare room. It seems an idle thing, though he's taking note of the rooms passed and their contents or purpose. It seems a standard setup for mortals overall. Though the workroom is, of course, tailored to a particular taste.
One saddle, the practical one, is obvious. And the workmanship is indeed of high quality, despite how relatively little time Irhya has had to work on the project thus far. Elidibus is not without a sincere interest in something well done despite the... mortal limitations. Even creation magicks had a required need for precision focus and attention to detail.

Elidibus takes the saddle. It's a hefty, awkward thing as saddles are, but given he's used to carrying that axe around... It's obvious he gives the saddle a good once-over, such as it can be while held like this. "This... I'd not expected such a quality result so soon. And yes, it would not do anyone good if it does not serve the purpose it was designed for."
Though this leaves the matter of the second, partially finished product. The more 'showy' piece if you will. On the bench, covered with fabric to protect it from dust? To heighten the anticipation? How quaint. But the Emissary is used to such dramatic behaviors from Emet-Selch. So he simply sets down the saddle he's been handed and gestures toward the veiled one. "And I take it that is the other?"
